Right Choice Bookkeeping Services LLC, doing business as Right Choice Tax & Accounting ("Right Choice," "we," "us") respects the privacy of everyone who visits this site or works with our firm. This policy explains what information this website collects, how it's used, who it may reach, and how to reach us with questions.
Information We Collect
- Contact and consultation form. When you fill out our consultation request form, we collect the name, phone number, email address, service of interest, and any message you enter.
- Quarterly tax payment calculator. This tool runs entirely in your browser. The estimated income and filing status you enter are used only to calculate the on-screen estimate and are never transmitted to us or anyone else.
- Client engagement data. Once you become a client, the financial, tax, and business records necessary to provide services are collected directly from you, separately from this website, primarily through our client portal (see "Sending Documents Securely" below).
How We Use Information
Information submitted through the consultation form is used to respond to your inquiry and, where applicable, schedule a consultation. Calculator inputs are used only to generate the on-screen estimate and are not saved or reviewed by us. Client engagement data is used to provide the tax, bookkeeping, or advisory services described in your engagement letter.
Sending Documents Securely
Please don't send financial documents, tax forms, or other sensitive files through the contact form or by email. Existing and new clients should use our client portal, powered by TaxDome, linked from this site as "Transfer Your Documents." Information you provide through that portal is also governed by TaxDome's own privacy policy.
Third Parties
Depending on how you use this site, information may reach the following third parties:
- Formspree. When you submit the consultation form, Formspree (formspree.io) receives what you entered (name, phone number, email address, service of interest, and message) so it can be delivered to us. Formspree handles that information under its own privacy policy.
- Google reCAPTCHA. The consultation form on the contact page uses Google's reCAPTCHA spam check. It loads from google.com and gstatic.com whenever that page is open. It can set cookies and collect usage data (such as device and interaction information) to tell people from automated software, and Google handles that information under Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. - Calendly. Our "Book a Consultation" buttons link out to Calendly's website to choose a time. Calendly is not embedded on this site (it's an external link), and any information you provide there is governed by Calendly's own privacy policy, not ours.
- TaxDome. Our client portal for transferring and signing documents, governed by TaxDome's own privacy policy.
- Gusto. If you click through to Gusto from the Trusted Tools section of our Services page, any information you provide is governed by Gusto's own privacy policy. We may earn a referral commission if you sign up through our Gusto link, at no additional cost to you, as noted on that page.
- Social media profiles. Links to our Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok profiles are ordinary outbound links. Nothing from those services is embedded in this site, and they have their own privacy practices once you visit them.
- Government agencies, such as the IRS or Arizona Department of Revenue, only as required to prepare or file returns on a client's behalf, and only with authorization.
Cookies and Analytics
This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. The one exception is Google reCAPTCHA on the contact page, which can set cookies and collect usage data under Google's policies. See our Cookie Policy for details.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep information submitted through this site's consultation form only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry. Client records are kept as long as required by our professional obligations and applicable IRS recordkeeping requirements.
Your Rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to any recordkeeping obligations we have as a tax preparation firm. To make a request, contact us using the information below.

We may update this policy as our practices change. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
